At Bazaario, we work with third-party suppliers to source and ship products. Because of this, all refunds and returns depend entirely on the approval of the supplier. Bazaario does not guarantee refunds unless the supplier approves the claim. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
When You Can Request a Refund or Return
You may request a refund or return only in the following situations:
The product is defective or not working
The product arrives severely damaged
The supplier ships the wrong item
These cases must be supported with evidence (photos and/or videos).
How to Submit a Refund/Return Request
To start a claim, you must:
Notify Bazaario within the required timeframe (recommended 3–7 days after delivery)
Provide clear proof, including:
Photos
Videos
Description of the issue
Order ID
Bazaario will forward the case to the supplier for evaluation
The supplier may request additional evidence before making a decision
Bazaario cannot speed up or override the supplier’s decision
Situations That Are NOT Eligible for Refund
A refund or return is not available if:
You changed your mind
The item looks slightly different in color, design, or packaging
The customer is unhappy but the product matches the description
Delivery is delayed due to courier, customs, or incorrect address
You were not able to resell the item or make a profit
The product was misused, damaged, or mishandled by the customer
These situations do not qualify under supplier return policies.
Supplier’s Decision Is Final
All refund and return requests are decided by the supplier
If the supplier rejects the claim, Bazaario is not obligated to issue a refund
You agree not to hold Bazaario responsible for supplier refusal
Return Shipping
If the supplier approves a return, they may require the item to be shipped back
Return shipping costs may be paid by the supplier or by you, depending on supplier rules
A refund is issued only after the supplier confirms receipt and verifies the returned item
Type of Refund You May Receive
A credit to your original payment method
Platform credit for future orders
A partial refund (if only some items in an order are defective)
Important Notes
Orders cannot be canceled once paid
We recommend recording unboxing videos for proof
Incorrect address deliveries are not eligible for refunds
Refund timelines depend entirely on supplier processing time
